Great directors motivate and inspire people with what they do. I am convinced that if your actions can influence others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then, you are an excellent leader. My more than 16 years of experience managing people and creating processes have taught me that its hard work that makes things happen. It’s hard work that creates change. And if you are able to inspire people, you can get unthinkable results.
As a strong woman and proud mother of four wonderful human beings, I have a true desire to give back through today’s youth. That is why one of my goals is to create motivational tours for youth, helping them to get through this very complicated state of life. Time has showed me that raising children is the greatest training ground for leadership. I have devoted my skills and beliefs to non-profit organizations, where I work as Associate Director. For several years I worked with children living in distressed areas helping them by finding them alternatives, and also volunteering for Habit for Humanity in Atlanta.
